As of the date above:

1. We have NOT received any National Security Letters, FISA orders, or equivalent
   secret intelligence or surveillance orders from any jurisdiction.
2. We have NOT been required to place any backdoors, weaknesses, or covert access
   mechanisms into our systems by any government or authority.
3. We have NOT been subject to any gag orders, secrecy notices, or non-disclosure
   obligations that prevent us from informing users of legal demands.
4. We have NOT handed over user data, DNS query logs, client IP addresses,
   encryption keys, or access credentials to any government, intelligence agency,
   or third party.
5. We have NOT been compelled to modify, sabotage, or undermine the security or
   privacy of this nameserver by any authority, court, or law enforcement body.
6. No sealed, secret, or classified court orders - from any country - have been
   served to GoyDNS or its operators.

This canary covers demands from all jurisdictions including but not limited to:
the United States, the United Kingdom, the European Union and its member states,
Canada, Australia, New Zealand (Five Eyes), and any other government authority.

This canary will be updated on a regular schedule.
Failure to update is itself a signal.
